Excelente servicio y asesoría, desde la primera Reunión con Ainhoa que fue muy clara con las opciones posibles y probabilidad de resultado favorable y luego con Noelia y María Paula. I came into contact with Sterna Abogados in December 2023. I was inquiring about dual citizenship in Spain as an American citizen whose grandfather was born in Spain. Noelia Hernández Moya and Maria Paula Cedeño, as well as their firm, have supported me throughout every step of this process. They have been extremely responsive, professional, and efficient since the moment I first came into contact with their firm. I would often have questions or wanted to clarify steps during this process, and they would always reply within less than 24 hours. I thought it would be a little challenging since my family documents were also needed from Brazil, however, they were able to support me with this retrieval and translation process as well. I was nervous at first to start this process from abroad without meeting the lawyers in person, however, as I started this process they relieved me of my concerns. I am so grateful for their efficiency and effectiveness for the past years, as I am now happy to say I am a registered citizen of Spain now!! Finding Sterna Abogados was the reason my family got our visa when another attorney refused to submit the application. They were ready to argue in Court for us, and did everything in their power to fight for our visa. They are extremely professional, competent and do incredible work. Their communication is excellent. I am very grateful to both Noelia and Maria Paula for their professionalism and excellent work. I contacted Sterna Abogados to help with my digital nomad visa. At the time I applied, this was still a very new type of visa. Noelia was very knowledge and helped worked through some of the additional requirements that the Spanish government asked. Noelia y Maria Paula fueron muy serviciales. Procesaron mi documentación y trabajaron con mi empleador en el extranjero para facilitar mi proceso de empleo. Hubiera sido útil una mayor comunicación sobre fechas, plazos, etc., ya que a veces había documentos y cosas que sufrían demoras y cuya información tardaba mucho tiempo en llegarme. ¡Muy recomendable! He trabajado con Ainhoa y el equipo de Sterna durante más de cuatro años (incluso durante el desafiante período del covid) y dos tipos diferentes de visas. No puedo imaginar una experiencia mejor. (He escuchado historias de otros expatriados, que trabajaron con otros abogados, que han reforzado esta opinión). Highly recommended! I have worked with Ainhoa and the Sterna team for over four years (including during the challenging covid period) and two different types of visas. I can't imagine a better experience. (I've heard stories from other ex-pats, working with other abogados, that have reinforced this opinion.) Había estado buscando diferentes firmas de abogados durante mucho tiempo para contratar a alguien que me ayudara con los servicios de visas de inmigración. Muy satisfecho con el servicio. Comencé los trámites para obtener la nacionalidad por residencia y Raquel me acompañó desde el primer día hasta que tuve mi DNI e incluso me guío sobre los trámites posteriores. En menos de un año tuve la resolución. Desde el primer momento estuvo siempre atenta a mis preguntas y, aunque no siempre fue fácil (ya que mi caso era particular) me orientó para presentar todos los documentos necesarios y evitar posibles problemas o pérdidas de tiempo.
