Ainhoa Manero
Academic Background: Graduated in Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in 2009. She has completed graduate studies in International Law at the University of Miami (USA).
In 2011 she returned to Spain and became a member of the Madrid Bar Association. After trying other branches of law, in 2013 she decided to establish her own project specialized in the area of Immigration, International Mobility and Spanish Nationality. Languages: Spanish and English.
Monique Raupp
Head of Expansion
Academic Background: Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC), Brazil, in 2015. Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, in 2018. PhD in Leadership and Management (focused on Global Mobility and Expatriate Management) from Cranfield University, United Kingdom, in 2023.
Work Experience: Current external professor of Global People Management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain. Also a current steering committee member of the Forum for the Expatriate Management (FEM) Iberia Chapter. Previous corporate experience: Global Mobility Senior Associate at Vialto Partners (UK and Spain), and Global Mobility Specialist at Cartus @ an investment banking in-house role (UK).
Daniela Jeréz Arias
Head of Legal
Academic Background: A graduate in Law from the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela, Daniela has over four years of experience in immigration and international mobility. As Head of Legal at Sterna Abogados, she coordinates and oversees immigration procedures for individuals and international companies, providing strategic advice on residency, visas, and global mobility to Spain.

Work experience: Their experience focuses on the comprehensive management of complex immigration cases, supporting clients of multiple nationalities in their processes of settlement, investment and professional development in Spain.

Work Experience: With a strong background in finance, Francisco has held various roles at Auburn University at Montgomery, including Math Tutor, Financial Assistant to the CFO, Financial Assistant, and Investment, Budgeting and Spending Advisor.
Cristina López
Sworn translator and Administrative Secretary
Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Granada. Completed her international training through the Erasmus Program in the United Kingdom and the Lecturership Program at Central College, USA. Certified as a sworn translator by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

Work experience: Management, coordination, and customer service in international environments for various companies specializing in educational and mobility programs. Sworn translation of official documents (marriage certificates, birth certificates, criminal record certificates, etc.)
