We have received a very important grant and in record time, in only fifteen days since its submission for the non-profit residency!
In this case, it is the granting of a non-lucrative residency for one of our clients at the Consulate General of Spain in Manila.
This is so important, and we highlight it because the Philippines Consulate usually delays the processing of residency applications, in addition to hindering the files with requirements.
The appointment took place on December 11, 2023, where our client was informed that everything was perfect. 5 days later we received the request from the Consulate in which we were asked to justify the origin of the applicant’s financial means.
In a matter of minutes, we wrote an affidavit accrediting that our client had sold a property that had provided him with more than 60,000 euros, also providing the deeds of the sale to prove our statement.
7 days later our client received the corresponding text message informing him that his application had been resolved, and when the passport arrived at his home address, he immediately sent us the photo of the visa stamped in the passport, which we attach herewith censored to respect the client’s privacy.
If you wish to apply for your non-profit residency you can count on us to help you through the entire process (including any requirements, padrón appointment once you enter Spain, fingerprinting appointment, and collection appointment).
We can also help you to renew your residency once the initial year of residency has elapsed.
